I suppose I should explain the title (assuming anyone is a.) reading this and b.) cares). It's generally meaningless, simply the name of a stretch of hill-line visible out my bedroom window Back Home. Back Home being Chester, California , though I currently live in Davis, California (no link - you don't really want to know more about Davis, trust me).

If I wasn't too cheap to pay for service that allows image uploading, I'd be able to post some nice pictures at this point showing said hills, and foreground meadows.

Hmmm, I wonder if x81.com allows images for their free, two-page setup. They certainly do for their pay option, which I'm not really interested in for budgetary reasons (at least not this week).
